We are a Civil Engineering Firm / Testing Laboratory located in Central, Northwest & Northeast Arkansas. We are fully accredited by ASTM, AASHTO, The U.S. Corps of Engineers, and CTTP. We are currently members with the National Ready-Mix Concrete Association (NRMCA) and the Arkansas Asphalt Pavement Association(AAPA).
